
Executive Real Estate Assistant
We are seeking a Licensed Executive Level Real Estate Assistant with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency, be highly organized, and demonstrate 100% follow-through on all tasks. Communication skills are paramount in this role, as you will regularly interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of the real estate team and take proactive steps to assist in their daily activities.
- Task Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and importance, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Sense of Urgency: Respond promptly to client inquiries, showing a commitment to timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Organization: Maintain meticulously organized records of property listings, client information, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring clear and concise information is relayed.
- Follow-through: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to completing all tasks accurately and on time, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Diligence: Conduct comprehensive research on properties, neighborhoods, market trends, and other pertinent information to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Critical Thinking: Analyze complex situations, identify potential challenges, and propose innovative solutions to support the success of the real estate team.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- An active real estate license is mandatory.
- This is an in-person position and does require boots on the ground 8:30-5 and after hours as needed.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate administration or a support role.
- Tech Savvy and Proficiency in Google Suite, MLS, Microsoft Tasks, and CRM applications.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results
- Commitment to work nights and weekends given the demand of the real estate industry
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
