5th Annual Health and Safety Expo

It is that time of year again for the 5th Annual Health and Safety Expo that is hosted by Nelson and Associates Insurance in Partnership with the YMCA Wildlight. 

The Expo will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10 am- 2 pm at the YMCA Wildlight, and will be FREE to all who attend. 

For the past 4 years, the Annual Health and Safety Expo has been a day of free community services, community resources, and fun for all ages. Since its inception, the Expo has provided nearly 2,000 free annual sports physicals to Nassau County school-aged children, as well as free hearing, orthodontic, and vision screenings, and added free sports EKGs, blood pressure checks, glucose tests, and developmental screenings last year. Aside from screenings, local residents benefit from resources such as free food, emergency evacuation maps, and educational sessions from local nonprofit groups. The list continues to expand each year as the community joins together to make Nassau County a Healthy and Safe place to live. 

This year, we plan to host an additional event on Friday, June 5, 2026, at the Northeast Florida Fairgrounds in Callahan, Florida, from 6 pm- 10 pm. We are calling it the Nassau County Block Party in Celebration of our 5^th Year!  

This will be a time for families to come and enjoy games and activities for the kids, live entertainment, Food Trucks, vendors, and a fireworks show to finish the night. Entrance to the party will be FREE for all Nassau County residents.
