Join us on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, from 12:00 - 12:30 PM as we celebrate the new construction of The Landings On Amelia River, Building 4 by Amelia Island Development Corp at the ribbon-cutting ceremony located at 5001 First Coast Highway in Fernandina Beach.

The ribbon will be cut promptly at 12:00 PM.

The Landings on Amelia River is a boutique collection of six private residences offering expansive river views, modern coastal design, and a level of finish rarely found in new construction on the island. Each residence includes membership to The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Membership Club, offering access to resort amenities, dining, and services.
